Robert Crompton (MBA)

Bob Crompton set up Threesixty Developments (formerly known as Knightsbridge Student Housing Ltd) in July 2010 with backing from Oaktree Capital Management Ltd (OCM), a global private investment firm. In five years the company grew organically into a £1 billion business, mainly through development of new buildings. The UK Company, along with “The Student Housing Company” Operating platform and the brand was sold in October 2016 to GSA.

Bob has extensive experience of the student accommodation market in the UK and Europe, where he now spends most of his time. Bob is a qualified engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Previously he was CEO of Victoria Hall and had a successful track record in the design management and delivery of industrial, residential and mixed use developments in the UK, Europe and Asia.

Matthew Taylor

Matthew is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years' experience in real estate development, investment and corporate finance.

He joined Threesixty Developments (formerly known as Knightsbridge Student Housing Ltd) in 2012 from the position of Finance Director at Treasury Holdings Ltd where he led the financial delivery of the 10m sq ft Battersea Power Station site. Previously Matthew worked for Lend Lease Corporation, where he was UK Chief Financial Officer, Lend Lease Communities.

At Lend Lease his London projects included the major mixed use urban regeneration projects at Greenwich Peninsula and Elephant & Castle, together comprising more than 17 m sq ft of development.

Brian Welsh (MBA)

Brian joined Threesixty Developments (formerly known as Knightsbridge Student Housing Ltd) in 2011 and has extensive experience within the Student Accommodation sector, having worked for Liberty Living, one of the UK's largest providers of student accommodation for the previous five years in various senior roles culminating in Head of Operational Strategy. Working his way through the ranks has given Brian a unique insight into the needs of students and University customers, and strong relationships with many of the UK's Universities.

Brian has worked at senior levels in the leisure, travel and tourism sectors for major organisations including Whitbread and TUI UK. He has a track-record of bringing his experience of running large-scale and customer-focussed operations to the student accommodation industry.

Brian holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Tom Banning

Tom is a Chartered Surveyor with over 7 years' experience in the Construction and Consulting Industry. He started out his career with a Main Contractor working on government projects in the PFI and Procure 21 sectors. He moved to Gardiner & Theobald in late 2006 where he became a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2008 working in numerous sectors from Heavy Civil Engineering and Ground Remediation to Hotels, Residential, Museums and Art Galleries. He moved into the Project Management division of Gardiner & Theobald in 2011 where he worked for blue chip clients such as Derwent London and in the high end fast moving fit-out market for Magic Circle firms such as Freshfields.

Tom joined Threesixty Developments (formerly known as Knightsbridge Student Housing Ltd) in early 2012 and he and his team take responsibility for all our developments from feasibility/planning onto site, delivering these projects on time and to budget.

Thomas Storgaard

Thomas, a Danish national, comes with 12 years' experience in real estate investment management and financial structuring, which he has acquired working in the private equity sector as well as the corporate world. Prior to joining Threesixty Developments (formerly known as Knightsbridge Student Housing Ltd) Thomas was working as an associate director with HDG Mansur, a leading international real estate company, heading up the firms European acquisitions activities. Before HDG Mansur, Thomas worked with Mansford Holdings and Heitman Financial where he was involved with acquisitions and fund management across continental Europe.

Thomas holds an MBA from the Henley Business School as well as a Graduate Diploma from the Copenhagen Business School, and has also undertaken management courses at Insead in France.

Andrew Jamieson

Andrew has been a Chartered Surveyor for 15 years and has over 9 years’ experience in the student accommodation sector.

He joined Threesixty Developments (formerly known as Knightsbridge Student Housing Ltd) from Crosslane where he was the Managing Director of their European student accommodation division.

During his 3 years at Crosslane, he was focused on acquiring new and existing student assets in France, Germany and the Netherlands. Previously, Andrew was with The Mansion Group based in Manchester where he was Head of Acquisitions as well as spending 2 years at Unite where he was involved in many projects including the completion of the UK’s tallest student Accommodation tower.

Miguel Muñoz

Miguel joins Threesixty Developments (formerly known as Knightsbridge Student Housing Ltd) from AXA Real Estate in Spain, where he has worked in project development and real estate transactions since 2006. During his time with AXA, Miguel was involved with commercial transactions throughout Spain and Portugal which amounted to over €800 million. Prior to this, Miguel worked for the international shoe company 'Camper', where he led the firm's international expansion throughout Europe and the USA. He also has experience with large scale retail and residential projects, having worked for various firms in a project management capacity.

Miguel qualified as a Technical Architect from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM), where he also attended a Urban Planning Program. He holds a Business Administration degree by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) and a master's in Project Management from CSA. In addition to this, he has also attended a Real Estate Management programme at the IESE Business school.
